1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing cv499.io, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or casino wager through any part of the cv499 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and cv499 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2 Definitions

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the cv499 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are aged 21 years or older. By registering an account, you warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. cv499 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified to the Company's satisfaction.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered Account with cv499. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any duplicate Accounts identified by cv499 may be closed without notice and any Balance held in duplicate Accounts may be forfeited.

3.3 Registration Information

When creating an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

cv499 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with its obligations to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification — before making a withdrawal or when requested by cv499 at any stage of your account lifecycle. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time period will result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to your Account.

3.5 Restricted Territories

cv499 does not accept registrations from players located in Prohibited Territories. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of use. cv499 accepts no liability for any consequence arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is not permitted.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your cv499 Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. Any activity that occurs through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility.

cv499 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify cv499 immediately by contacting [email protected]. cv499 will take reasonable steps to assist in securing your Account but cannot accept liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cv499 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may change from time to time; the current list is always displayed within the cv499 Account cashier section.

5.2 Currency

All transactions on the cv499 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Amounts displayed on the Platform use the ৳ symbol followed by the amount expressed in Western Arabic numerals.

5.3 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though your chosen payment provider may impose its own limits.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. Before a withdrawal can be processed, your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete) and your Real Money Balance must meet or exceed the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to your chosen payment method. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be held pending verification.

5.5 Processing Times

cv499 aims to process withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay within five (5) minutes of submission. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) Business Days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended in cases where additional verification is required or where cv499 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.

5.6 Inactive Account Policy

An Account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. cv499 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of ৳100 per month to inactive Accounts, deducted from any remaining Balance, after providing reasonable written notice to the email address on file. Accounts with a zero Balance may be closed without further notice.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

cv499 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), T20 World Cup, IPL, and Eid. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified on each promotion page. Wagering must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonus Funds that have not been wagered within the validity period will expire and be removed from your Account without compensation.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

The following practices constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., low-margin arbitrage across outcomes); and exploiting promotional errors or software bugs. cv499 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings and to close Accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets

A bet is considered accepted and binding once it has been confirmed by the cv499 system and a bet reference number has been issued. You should verify all bet details — selection, odds, and stake — before confirming placement. cv499 is not responsible for errors made by a Player when selecting or staking a bet.

7.2 Odds & Market Suspension

Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. cv499 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time, including during live events, where the integrity of the market cannot be assured or where technical or data issues arise. Bets placed before a market suspension are valid unless the event is subject to a void ruling under Section 7.3.

7.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required play has occurred; an obvious pricing error is identified (manifest error); the event result cannot be verified from an official source within a reasonable timeframe; or regulatory or judicial intervention renders settlement impossible. cv499's determination of whether a void condition applies is final.

7.4 Cricket Specific Rules

For BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and all Bangladesh Tigers international matches, the following additional rules apply: match result markets are settled on the official result including any Super Over result; Duckworth–Lewis–Stern (DLS) method results are treated as official results; markets on matches abandoned without any play will be voided. 8 Casino Games

All casino games available on the cv499 platform — including live dealer games powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and slots and crash games powered by Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and other certified providers — operate using independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live games, real dealer procedures. Each game's theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage is available within the game information panel.

Casino wagers are subject to the same Account, payment, and responsible gaming terms as sportsbook bets. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface. 9 Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or a fictitious identity.
• Allowing a third party to operate your Account or operating an Account on behalf of a third party.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identification documents during KYC verification.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the cv499 platform — including but not limited to the cv499 brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, text, graphics, images, software code, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of cv499 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming entertainment.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or in any way exploit any content on the cv499 Platform without the prior written consent of cv499. Unauthorised use of cv499 intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cv499 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings resulting from a technical failure; loss of data; or interruption of service due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.

cv499 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors, or that defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe. cv499's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any one incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit cv499's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Responsible Gaming

cv499 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all registered Players. The following tools are available to every cv499 Account holder and may be activated at any time by contacting [email protected]:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications reminding you of the duration of your active session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from gambling by suspending your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any obligation) may be made without notice.

The effective date at the top of this document indicates the date on which the current version came into force. If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you must close your Account before the amended Terms take effect.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. cv499 operates as a platform for responsible adult entertainment and endeavours to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.
